Strong credibility starts with a positive first impression

About First Impression Management

I believe a good image consists of good grooming, appearance, etiquette, verbal and non-verbal communication.  First impressions are judgements made and formed within the first few seconds of meeting someone, prior to any interactions - the determining factor of what the next step will be.

While verbal communication is extremely important, non-verbal accounts for 80% of human interactions. What makes someone likeable, approachable or trustworthy?  Clearly your personal grooming and appperance play a big role but your verbal message, facial expressions and body language need to be in sync or they can be misleading.  What if you don't get a second chance to change someone's perception of you?  Wouldn't life be much easier if doors of opportunities are opened for you because people like what they see?  At the end of the day don't we all buy from the people we like?

And this is what I do.......coach and guide you on how to impress others with your non-verbal communication - a skill set necessary in social and business interactions.  Remember you never get a second chance to make a first impression!
